Paid $128 for pants that I had to return and only got $78 returned when they didn’t fit. Won’t be buying from Outdoor voices again. Horrible customer service.

Just awful. Clothes looks nothing like what you see on the website, the colors, fabric, etc. are off. 25$USD shipping + 25$USD shipping for returns. I only got reimbursed half of what I paid. They make you pay 25$ to return an item and force you to go in person to a UPS shipping point with un unsealed package so that workers there can review it?? In 2022?? Will never consider shopping there again. Do not recommend for Canadian customers. Will spread the word far and wide. Bye Outdoor Voices ✌

Love the matching sets and all rectrek gear (absolute best shorts and pants for hiking and all things outdoors). Great customer service for returns and exchanges.

They padded new products with 5 star reviews written by employees without disclosing it, very unethical practice considering they use their 5-star status as part of their marketing

Got my girl the seamless set for her birthday and she loved them!

I was mailed a defective pair of Hokas. When I brought the issue to the customer service team they said I could get a store credit for the return fee. I said I wanted to exchange for the correct shoe and that would cost the return fee and the shipping fee ($50 total). If that were to happen I would need that amount in store credit for the exchange (since it was their error). I was ghosted after this email and my follow up email. It’s ridiculously unprofessional.

I want to say a huge thankyou to the customer service at this place because they were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for all the help you gave me when I encountered a couple of problems while ordering. They were kind enough to cancel my order and provide me with a refund for the clothing.

I've never found such amazing quality sportswear and clothes that are exactly what I wanted in my entire life before. They have dresses that are just my type and they fit my body well too! The quality is pretty awesome and I don't have any faults with them!

My girlfriend loves sporty clothing and she was always quite picky with the clothes she buys because they never satisfy wha she wants. When I came across them, I knew she'd love their leggings and dresses and I was right indeed. She wore the leggings to brunch one day with a cute top but also wore it to our yoga class as well! I have a happy girlfriend thanks to them!

Always loved the concept of a skirt plus short combined because not only is it cute but it is so comfortable as well. When I saw the skorts available at this place, I knew I had to spend a couple of 100s at this place! I got 2 different colored Court 4.5" Skort and two Hudson 4" Skorts. Fit me so well!

I purchased a sweater for my husband from this company. The quality was okay, nothing special but not bad. The item did run very large so we returned it because the medium size was more like a large. BEWARE the problem was that I returned the item on December 17. Way before the holiday return rush, which starts after Christmas. On January 9th I realized I never received a refund from them. I contacted them and it was then that they issued the refund. I won't really order from them anymore and would warn others to check their credit card statements to make sure they received a refund from them. I expect a company to refund me without me having to contact them as it's a hassle and waste of time to have to trace back purchases to returns and refunds.

They said it was because of the holiday return rush but I returned my item on December 17 which is before people begin returning Christmas items so I didn't really buy their excuse.
